At Kottanz, every product is carefully handpicked and inspected before dispatch. Since our items are handcrafted and often made to order, we do not encourage returns or provide refunds.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos. After verification, we will offer either:

  • A replacement of the product, or

  • A refund, which will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

Important Points

  • No returns or cancellations once an order is placed.

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • No refunds on sale, discount or promotional items.

  • Replacement is provided only for products damaged during delivery, and only if reported within 24 hours with proof.

  • Slight color or texture variations are natural in handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
